Caroline Applegarth is a creative director and marketing professional with experience across media, consumer, and financial brands. Skilled in design, business development, and client service, she thrives on creativity and shaping ideas that drive results. A lifelong learner with a global perspective, she brings curiosity, collaboration, and clarity to every project. Outside of work, she finds inspiration in books, travel, nature, and time with her chubby pug, Bruno.

Corporate Biography

Caroline is the Founder of Fallen Leaf Design, LLC, a branding and corporate identity design firm. She is also Creative Director at Solomon Partners, leading the charge for all graphic design, digital marketing and branding aspects at the investment bank. Prior to Solomon Partners, Caroline was Design and Marketing Specialist for Eaton Partners, A Stifel Company, which raises institutional capital for many of the world's leading private equity and hedge funds.

Caroline has a strong background in design and business, as well as work experience at the Atlantic Media Company in Washington, DC and Duke University in Durham, NC. She began her career as a public relations intern for the US Department of State’s Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator, and she has been a consultant in brand development, client relations, social media, and marketing for several industries.

Caroline earned degrees in Evolutionary Biology from Duke University and Graphic Design from the Parsons School of Design at the New School. She currently lives in New York, NY and enjoys volunteering for global conservation-focused organizations and at the Animal Care Centers of NYC.
